# The center of the tray just got a lot more interesting.

Zee Kitchen exists to make the center of the tray the best part. Built for K-12 from day one, we’re designing center tray entrees and bulk solutions that are kid-inspired, flavor-first, and kitchen-tested. It’s a new center tray reimagined with main character energy, built to clear K-12 standards and clear trays in equal measure.

## Introducing... NEW Zee Kitchen Chicken Meatballs!

One meatball line that does the work of an entire special-diet menu. Available in Original, Taco, and Buffalo, these Meatballs for All are halal, gluten free, soy free, Buy American compliant, and made with applesauce. Bold, layered flavor built on a familiar favorite.

Pile them on a sub, tuck them into a wrap, spear them as a snack, or stack them over rice, pasta, or a grain bowl. One product, a whole tray of possibilities, and a Scratch Batch recipe for every flavor to make deciding what to menu the easy part.
